Immediately after the tournament in Enghien les Bains, the winner, Evgeny Bareev went
to Saraevo to play for the super-club Bosna in Bosnia-Herzegovina team championship.
The grandmaster tells about his recent performance on returning to Moscow.
It was quite a simple task for me in the Bosnia-Herzegovina team championship -
I only had to come and to play couple of games. Shirov was to do the same.
Rustem Kasimdzhanov and Kiril Georgiev ought to play more frequently because
the team was supposed to win the championship anyway. Our main competitors,
the Kiseliak club also treated the tournament as a preparation for the European
team championship and that was why Azmaiparashvili did not play for them. Finally
we obtained the first prize quite easily.
